Community Reintegration & Reentry Pathways
A Pathway Back to Opportunity
STEAMBarn recognizes that some community members may be rebuilding their lives following incarceration, justice-system involvement, extended unemployment, family separation or other major life transitions. Through workforce development, education, family support and partnerships, the Philadelphia Flagship will help connect participants to pathways for successful community reintegration.
